PROP 64 passed. Can I buy cannabis from you now without a recommendation?
No. Until 2018, no permits will be released to sell cannabis as a recreational product. Until then, you will need a medical recommendation from a doctor.
I've never used cannabis before. Can you help me?
Yes, we would be happy to share all that we have learned in helping you find a solution in using cannabis. Please give us a call or email with your questions. Contact: 844.822.5538. firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I apply for membership?
Click the apply button on the navigation bar. Fill out the information and upload a high-quality photo of your medical cannabis recommendation and drivers license. If you have trouble or are disabled, email email@example.com or call 844-822-5538.
How do I order online?
After being verified as a new patient by one of our team members, create a shopping rewards account with your email. Choose your items, enter your delivery address, and check-out with payment method “cash.” We will pick up your cash donation upon delivery or swipe your card with Square.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on your location, order size, and the time of order, your wait time will vary. Most deliveries fall under a 30-60 minute time window. This is standard for all locations from Petaluma to Healdsburg. We thank you for your patience during after-school hours, rush hour, and rainy days. If you have a specific time you need your medicine, please order online 24 hours prior so we can prepare accordingly.
Where do you deliver? Does it need to be my home?
We currently deliver to Sonoma County residences. We will deliver to homes and hotels only. There will be no deliveries made to parking lots, restaurants, parks, or public places. Delivery fees depend on a mileage calculation and are subject to change at any time.
How do different cannabinoids affect us?
Cannabis affects each person differently depending on their genetic make-up. Your DNA is unique and will respond uniquely to each type of cannabinoid and terpene. We suggest keeping a journal of how each herb affects you, and to look up the genetics on Leafly, a strain database.
What is CBD (Cannabidiol)?
It is a non-psychoactive plant molecule found in cannabis and a few others vegetables. It is one of the most medicinal cannabinoids found in cannabis, providing a wide range of health benefits. People use CBD most commonly as an anti-inflammatory for various diseases found throughout the body caused by physical or psychological stress.
What goes into our lab certifications?
SLAMM stands for Safe Legal Access to Medical Marijuana. CB labs SLAMM laboratory procedures test cannabis products for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbiological testing. In addition, for SLAMM certification on concentrates, we test for residual solvents. As a part of SLAMM testing, we have a quantitative approach for testing terpenes, which are the aromatic compounds that gives cannabis its distinct scent and terpenes have been known to provide an array of health benefits.
For our SLAMM Certification, we follow up-to-date standards provided by the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) Guidelines, American Herbal Pharmacopeia, guidelines followed by Berkeley Compliance Chapter 12.27, and limits on Residual Solvents are determined by NIOSH and OSHA guidelines along with current toxicological reports.
Do you have products you’d like us to carry?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Vendors must send a wholesale catalog, most recent lab tests, and contact information to be considered. We only accept batch-tested lab-tested products. If you have not had a lab test done yet, you may submit your other information and a date of when the lab test will be completed. You will be contacted after the tests and product samples have been evaluated. We require a clean bill of health for all bacteria, yeast, mold, and aerobic plate count.
